A refusal letter is a form with ticked boxes. It rarely explains itself, which is why so many applicants reapply with the same file and get the same answer.
The reasons behind the common boxes
Purpose of travel not justified usually means the itinerary, hotel bookings and the reason for those particular dates did not line up. Insufficient means of subsistence usually means the bank statement showed a large deposit shortly before applying with no explanation of where it came from.
Intention to leave the territory could not be ascertained is the hardest one. It is about ties to Pakistan: employment, property, family, previous travel history and how all of that reads together.
Appeal or reapply
Appeal when the consulate made a factual mistake, for example missing a document you can prove was submitted. Appeals are slow and are decided on the file as it was, so a weak file stays weak.
Reapply when something real has changed: a longer salary history, a cleaner six month statement, a completed trip to a country with an easier visa that shows you returned. Reapplying two weeks later with the same file simply buys a second refusal.
Building a stronger file
Six months of banking that looks like a life, not a performance. A leave letter that matches your employment record. Bookings that match your stated itinerary. A cover letter that explains anything unusual before the officer has to guess.
We will tell you when a case is not ready, and what six months of preparation would change. That is more useful than taking the fee and letting you find out.
