This policy explains what happens to your information when you browse this website or contact AGOG Travel Solutions through it. It applies to this website only, not to conversations that continue in our office.

There is no account and no login on this website. Nothing is stored on our servers when you simply browse.

When you tap a WhatsApp button or a phone number, you continue in WhatsApp or your dialler. Whatever you then send us, your name, travel dates, passport details or documents, is held so we can quote and arrange your journey.

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, book flights, hotels and transport, and prepare visa files with the relevant embassy or service centre.

We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.

Only the parties needed to deliver what you asked for, for example an airline, a hotel, a transport provider, or an embassy or visa service centre. Each of these handles your information under its own terms.

Enquiry threads and booking records are kept while your trip is being arranged and afterwards for our own accounting and for repeat travellers. Ask us to delete your records and we will, unless a booking or a legal record still requires them.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Call the UAN or message us on WhatsApp and we will handle it.

This website is not aimed at children. Family bookings that include children are arranged with the parent or guardian who contacts us.
