This is the first and mandatory step. You must create an account on the Srilanka government's official visa website fill in the detailed form accurately, pay the fee online, and then book an appointment at a Visa Application Centre (VAC) in Pakistan (e.g., in Islamabad, Karachi, or Lahore).
Must be valid for the entire duration of your intended stay in the Srilanka. It should have at least one blank page for the visa vignette (sticker). Include old passports if you have previous travel history.
